Weekly workshops in the Festival tent (Place des Célestins)

A window on the world with the Young International Reporters:

Since 2019, Sens Interdits Webradio has been giving around twenty young people from the Lyon metropolitan area, aged between 16 and 25 and from all walks of life, the chance to discover journalism and radio through behind-the-scenes interviews at the Festival. The Young Reporters are invited to talk to the guest artists and the various people involved in the Festival, and to attend the shows and highlights of the programme, which helps them to develop their critical thinking skills and reflect on the topical issues addressed by Sens Interdits.

In regular workshops, they receive educational support to help them create cultural radio journalism content. These productions are broadcast on the Festival’s internet radio station, alongside programmes from partner organisations and interviews, readings and debates with artists.

You can also check out the podcasts produced as part of the Speak’up project run by ERIM (an NGO dedicated to human rights, citizenship and media education) on the Webradio Sens Interdits Soundcloud.

During the Festival, there will be live radio shows on Sunday 15, Saturday 21 and Saturday 28 October.
